Summer
sunshine returns to Jersey and brings with it former Westlife
singer Bryan McFadden who will be wooing the crowds with his
new single Real to Me performed against a backdrop of sun
and surf from the purpose built arena.
Plus
former-All Saints singer/songwriter Shazney will be treating
the audience alongside the fun and games.
It
will be a showdown at sunset for the next two SIMPLY THE BEST
contenders – Glasgow v Portsmouth. The two teams will
test civic pride and city rivalry to become SIMPLY THE BEST.
Led by two celebrities, battle will commence to win a £50,000
prize for a local community project or charity.
The
celebrity team captains will be getting wet and wild and include
the gorgeous Leilani and former Blue Peter front man Stuart
Miles for Portsmouth and top totty Nicola Jolly alongside
DJ Steve McKenna to cheer on Glasgow.
Presented
by Kirsty Gallacher and Phil Tufnell, each of the six team
contestants will be put through their paces in a range of
adrenalin buzzing challenges and brain ticking puzzles –
including the human catapult, Airkick; the frothy foamy 40ft
water slide in Aquaplane; and the muscle aching Champion’s
Wall.
