Sadie is thrilled when Zoe agrees to let her and Jimmy house-sit Home Farm
Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) decides to confide in Louise (Emily Symons) who is shocked but sympathetic about her news. They make light of the situation and Diane is relieved by the humour.

In then meantime Val (Charlie Hardwick) asks Terry (Billy Hartman) to move out of the pub so that she can be there for her sister. She tells him it is because Diane had an affair with someone in Scarborough but swears him to secrecy.

Diane is furious when she finds out and insists Terry stay. She throws her interfering sister out and tells everyone to leave her alone.

Meanwhile, after visiting Zoe (Leah Bracknell) in hospital, Sadie (Patsy Kensit) proudly announces that she has agreed to let her and Jimmy (Nick Miles) house-sit Home Farm.

Elsewhere, Pearl (Meg Johnson) discovers that Frank’s parole is coming up next month and tells Len (Peter Martin) he might have to stay with them when he is out of prison because he will have nowhere else to go. Len is a little uncomfortable but decides to go and visit Frank himself to break the ice.
